Default package server for all packages

Hi,

Can anyone helop me find the location where I change the default setting for all packages created?

I am looking to add a package server to all my packages that are set at "package servers individually".  I want to default it to my new package server so all new package will automatically have "package servers individually" as well as my package server checked.

I would also like to change all existing packages that now have "package server individually" and no package server selected.

I am almost positive I have done this before, I just cannot rememeber or find where I can change those defaults for all packages.

Any help is appreciated as I have searched far and wide an have been unable to find any help.
