Workflow Dialog Workflow : Timeout Configuration

Hi 

I want to set the link timeout which is in the Dialog Workflow Componect and my setting listed below:

Event Configuration Tab: Start Process ,send a mail to user, and user need click a link go to interactive  process.

                                               Timeout Configuration: time span and 10days

                                               Timeout process: send a mail to admin

 In my machine info unclick Do Not Process Timeouts and Escalations.

finally, the timeout does not work and is it missing something? and any other way to set time out ?
